Ongoing Classes

Saturdays 10:30 AM - 12 PM.
Start anytime. Classes are semiprivate.
First class may be private and at a different time.
Registration is required. No drop-ins allowed.

For whom? Classes can be taken by any person, no matter the age or the physical training. The research is personal and revealing for everyone. Fedora Aberastury Technique is highly recommended for, but not limited to, artists (specially dancers, actors, singers, instrumentalists) and for persons recovering from physical injuries.
